Write from the email on the account. Include the device name and the time you tried to connect. We do not have a record of the sites you opened.
I cannot connect
Check the server list. If every nearby city is SIMULATED, there is no tunnel to assign. A live city must be online and recently seen.
The Windows app asks for WireGuard
The app saves a config and installs it with WireGuard for Windows. Install WireGuard, then try Quick Connect again.
A feature is missing
Kill switch, split tunneling, advanced DNS, multi-hop, and API access follow the plan on the account. The app cannot turn them on locally.
Billing
Prices are CAD. A paid entitlement changes when a verified billing event updates the subscription.
